I have been blogging for a little over a year now about my life and what I love. Those of you who have been keeping up with my blog faithfully (thank you!) will probably be a bit surprised to see that it's undergone some changes (you can leave comments now, follow me, and access my favorite mixes etc.). It was really quite accidental how all of the changes came about, but I understand now that it was time for a change.
What has mostly dominated this blog is my love and passion for music. I love listening to music, discovering it, sharing it, dancing to it and so on. We all have a soundtrack to our life and I cannot imagine a life without one. My blog used to be entitled Into Through & Beyond (the side streets of my life) and has now evolved into The Untamed Listener because I've come to the realization that music isn't just a side street in my life, it's like a humongous expressway! One that is in the forefront of my mind, life and well being. I'm hoping to meet more like minded music lovers as I continue this journey through the blogosphere and hope you will jump on my untamed listener expressway, buckle your seat belts, have some fun and enjoy the ride, because enjoying the ride is what life is all about, right?

Still loving this electro funk mix from last summer. I am passionate about so many different genres of music, but this mix is definitely the type of music I go crazy for these days. I love indie, electro, synth, pop, disco, nu disco and in the case of this mix--electro funk. If you like it too, tell me what you think.
